How do I cancel membership - subscription?

In the Toldo application, you log into your account and after clicking on your profile in the bottom right, you will find Payments. Here you will see a list of all your payments with the cancel button for every of your memberships - subscriptions.

If I cancel my membership, will I immediately stop having access to Premium Posts?

No, after canceling your subscription, you'll still have access to all of your podcaster's premium content until the day your next payment is due. That means, if you paid for the membership on 12.5. and canceled it on 18.5., you will have access to premium content until 11.6..

When will I be charged for membership - subscription?

The first payment will be sent immediately after entering the payment details and confirming the payment. You always subscribe to a podcaster's membership for a month in advance. The next payment will be automatically deducted from your card on the same day of the following month. That means, if you paid the first payment on the 5th of the month, the next payment will also go out on the 5th of the following month, unless you cancel your membership. The only exception can be if you paid the first payment on the 31st of the month.

Can I get my money back that I paid to the podcaster?

Unfortunately, this is not possible. But you certainly don't want to take those few Euros from your favorite podcaster.

Can I contribute more to the podcaster?

Yes, if you have a paid membership - a regular monthly subscription, you can donate a one-time payment in random amount to your podcaster.

Can I pay from abroad?

Yes, the payment is in Euros, but our payment gateway Stripe can accept payments from almost all over the world.

How do I report an inappropriate post?

Directly in the Toldo application, you click on the three dots next to the post, where you select the Report post option. You will send us a message with a link to this post and we will be able to decide whether it is an inappropriate post and possibly invite the podcaster to remove the post or delete the post.

How do I report an inappropriate podcaster?

Click on the three dots on the podcaster's profile and select the option to report the user. You send us a message with a link to the podcaster's profile, and we will be able to decide whether it is inappropriate behavior and ask the podcaster to correct it, or block his account.

How do I block a user?

If you don't like the comments of a user (and they don't violate our rules), or if you don't want to see them, you can block such a user. Just click on his name to open his/her profile and in the three dots you will find the option to block the user.
